Payment Methods Overview
This page provides an overview of payment methods on Qubitro.
Payment Timelines
- Credit Card: Payments are processed when the invoice is finalized in Stripe (opens in a new tab).
- ACH/Wire: Payments are due by the due date indicated on the invoice.
Available Payment Methods

Credit Card: We accept:
- American Express
- China UnionPay (CUP)
- Discover & Diners
- Japan Credit Bureau (JCB)
- Mastercard
- Visa

ACH/Wire: Available exclusively for Enterprise Plan subscribers opting for annual billing.
Currency
- Payments can be made in any currency, provided the credit card issuer allows USD charging after conversion.
Payment Policies
- Delayed Payments: Payments cannot be delayed. Contact your Customer Success Manager if you anticipate a delay.
- Annual Payments: Available only for Enterprise Plan subscribers.
- ACH Fees: When paying via ACH, ensure to cover the payment fee in addition to the invoiced amount to avoid rejection.
Modifying Payment Methods
- Changing Default Payment: The default credit card can be easily altered on the billing page.
- If ACH payments are activated, contact your Customer Success Manager to verify any account modifications.
Security
- Qubitro ensures the security of all transactions and does not store or have access to sensitive card information.
